Payments 

For online orders, we take American Express, Visa, and Master Card.
For in-store purchases, we take Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and Cash. 

Cheques of any kind are not accepted by us. We need at least 50% of the deposit for all cakes. We are unable to fulfill your cake order if a deposit is not received. Custom cakes must be paid for in full prior to the order date.  We need full payment in advance for wedding cakes. 50% must be paid at the time of purchase, with the remaining amount payable two weeks before to the deadline. 

Delivery and Pickup of Cakes 
The serving sizes are estimates. Regular cakes are typically 2 ½ inches tall. 
Please be aware that we can only do our best to create cakes that resemble the provided designs or images. Every normal cake is composed of vanilla sponge, buttercream, and whipped cream. 
Doaba Bakery refrains from using eggs in cakes. We exclusively produce cakes without eggs. 


Product Maintenance and Storage 
Keep all buttercream cakes in the refrigerator. Cover cakes when refrigerating them, this is to avoid a build up in moisture. After pickup or delivery, the sponge and chocolate cake will keep for around four to five days.  Following pickup or delivery, pound cakes will keep for three to four days.

Images 
Almost any cake may have edible pictures on it. Additional fees may apply for picture editing and modification. Any picture or image that is suitable for printing may be reproduced by us. In any case, try to get the highest image quality possible for best results.

Purchases 
All cakes, including wedding cakes, are available for last-minute requests. We may not always have the resources to satisfy demand. We will attempt to provide the finest service possible at the last minute, so please place your purchase as early as possible.  Before you pay and leave the shop, please verify your order. After you have left our site, we are unable to honor any incidents. Our decorators can only use their interpretation of the order's words to produce the final result. 

Cancellations
Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If the order has already begun to be prepared, there will be no refund.

Complaints
Cake fixes and corrections may be made the same day. Please give us the opportunity to fix our error within the same working day. It may not always be able to resolve problems right away, and they may need further research. Those who we deem eligible for compensation will get it. This is predicated on an individual circumstance. 

Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms pertaining to all goods and services by making an order by phone, email, in-person, or online. Examine every item before opening the shipment since refunds for open parcels are not allowed.

Baked Goods and Service 
The availability of the goods affects all purchases. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict sales of our goods or services to any individual, household, jurisdiction, or geographic area, or to limit or cancel the quantities available on our website. Our product prices are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. Prices on our website are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted.  We have the right, at our sole discretion, to reject orders, including those that seem to be made by resellers or distributors. We have the right to revoke the order and notify the appropriate authorities if we suspect that you have placed a fraudulent or deceptive order. 
The items' color and design on our website are not guaranteed to be accurate. We have taken steps to guarantee that our website correctly depicts the color and style of our items. 

General 
We have the right, at any time and for any reason, to deny service to anybody. Any changes to the website, including the termination, alteration, suspension, or discontinuation of any feature, may be made at any time and without prior notice. We could put further restrictions or guidelines on how you use our website. You promise to periodically check the Terms, and by using our website going forward, you accept any updates. You acknowledge that any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations to our website or any services, content, features, or products made available via it will not subject you or any third party to liability.
